Service fees, charges & penalties
Understand the costs before making a decision. The figures below follow the latest Service Fees sheet supplied by MaryPius management. Ask the team to confirm your exact charges and total repayment in writing.
- Loan Application Form
- Free online or as a PDF download. ₦5,000 for a hard copy collected from the office.
- Loan application processing
- ₦5,000.
- Collateral assessment / evaluation
- 3% of the amount of loan applied for.
- Monthly interest
- Fixed between 3% and 5%. Your agreed rate is confirmed before accepting a loan.
- Late repayment penalties
- Either 10% of the principal loan per month, or 15% of the unpaid loan balance per week. Confirm which basis applies in your written agreement.
The terms PDF contains earlier interest, assessment and late-charge figures. Read it together with the Service Fees sheet and ask MaryPius to resolve any difference in your written loan agreement before you pay or accept a loan. No payment is collected by this website.
