MaryPius Credit Limited (RC 9084509) is a private credit company. Head office is at Igwebuike & Ekwueme Ndi-Nso Memorial Plaza, Amainyima Echara, Ezza South LGA. There is also a drop-in office at Plot 72, Ezza South Drive, Camp David Estate, Abakaliki.

We are not presenting ourselves as a commercial bank, and we do not claim a Central Bank of Nigeria licence on this website.

Mission

Access to credit should help someone become economically productive rather than keep them trapped in debt. That is why we assess affordability, require two guarantors, may visit a business, and will offer a smaller amount — or decline — when the full request is not responsible.

The founder is influenced by microcredit and financial inclusion, including the work associated with Muhammad Yunus and Grameen Bank. We are not affiliated with either. We do not claim their methods or results.

What we lend

Personal, PayDay, emergency or bereavement, farming, small business, festival seasons business, and medium business loans. Six packages offer ₦50,000 to ₦500,000; medium business loans offer up to ₦2,000,000, in ₦50,000 blocks. Loans are not issued to companies or groups, and are for existing private businesses rather than start-ups except in special cases.

Responsible lending

If someone requests more than they can carry, we would rather offer a smaller amount or decline than create a debt they will never leave. Health questionnaires on the paper application form are not collected on this website and are not used in the website’s affordability calculation. Income, obligations, identity, guarantors, collateral, and fraud risk are.
